The Opportunity The Property Operations Manager, responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple residential properties throughout Vancouver plays a pivotal role in this organization through supporting their team, just as much as they manage and lead them. We are currently hiring for properties located from Burnaby to Kitsilano, South Granville, and the Marpole area. Why Us? We love our business – and we’re good at it.   • Performing and supervising effective property operations in compliance with applicable building codes, acts and regulations;
  • Conducting routine inspections of the assigned properties and suites
  • Performing and arranging for maintenance repairs for existing residents and vacated suites to achieve occupancy standards;
  • Supporting and supervising the work performed by in-house maintenance staff and outside contractors;
  • Identifying and resolving routine resident matters while reporting concerns requiring action to management;
  • Performing all other duties as requested.
Must Haves
  • Participation in an bi-weekly after-hours rotational emergency response team is required.
  • Must have experience in general residential construction repairs and maintenance.
  • Must have own vehicle with a clean drivers abstract. A car allowance will be provided.
  • Must have own tools necessary to complete all tasks.
  • Working ability in MS Office is a prerequisite
Additional Information
  • Knowledge of property management software is considered an asset, not mandatory
  • Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act and Residential Leases is considered an asset, not mandatory
