Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply! Main duties include:

• Attending daily meetings with Property Manager; including scheduling work orders for both internal and external contractors
• Following up with both internal and external contractors to ensure that work orders are closed properly and/or updated with relevant information
• Ensuring that the backlog of work orders are thorough and ready for assignment in work order management system (will provide training)
• Carrying out property inspections using company provided device
• Liaising with tenants, following up with prospective tenants and onboarding new tenants
• Screening tenant applications received for vacancies
• Providing access to units for contractors, tenants and other personnel
• Listing units for rent online
• Assisting Property Manager with tenant showings
• Assisting Property Manager with preparing and serving LTB notices
• Responsible for laundry coin collections and bank deposits
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook

Other requirements:

• Must own a reliable vehicle, clean drivers abstract, police clearance, excellent English communication skills, time management, able to work very well independently. Full time hours Monday-Friday (9am to 5pm). Must be have flexibility to work after hours for showings as required.
