Property Manager Assistant

Job Description


The position will assist in all aspects of execution and implementation regarding the operations and business of 200,000+ ft/sq of multi bay light industrial/flex/commercial properties and lands. Coordination, implementation and facilitation of leasing activities and their execution. Schedule and coordinate all vendors for work/maintenance being done on the properties, as well as obtain service contracts for regular seasonal activities. Implement and administer direction, action related to all Tenancy policy, processes, and operations. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the review and approval of all property purchasing with complete adherence to the expense budget policy. Monitor receipts and reconciliation of rent collections, security deposits, various fees and services and collections. Review invoicing from vendors and ensuring that they are invoiced correctly, and proper cost codes are being utilized for the internal accounting department. Determine, implement, and follow up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies identified at properties SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills Demonstrated, Management capabilities, timely execution on complex assignments, high degree contentiousness and commitment. General office, bookkeeping and sales skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Fair and friendly, and service-oriented philosophy High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change Soft Ware and computer systems proficient Organized and detail-oriented Customer-service driven Able to multitask with requisite energy High-energy Travel required, up to 30 percent of the time.
