Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support janitorial and maintenance staff across multiple properties
Organize and maintain staffing schedules to ensure consistent service coverage
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all buildings are maintained to company and client standards
Assist with hands-on janitorial duties as needed
Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure service satisfaction
Coordinate and track maintenance requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks
Identify and pursue potential new business opportunities in the property management sector
Collaborate with the management team to develop service improvements and operational strategies
Maintain records and documentation related to property services and staff performance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management, building operations, or facilities supervision is an asset
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across several locations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience in janitorial or maintenance work an asset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., scheduling, reporting)
