Job Summary

We are an award-winning local property management company based in St. John's, NL and we are currently looking to hire an Airbnb Cleaner/Supervisor. If you are energetic, caring, and have an attention to detail we are interested in talking to you.

This is a full time permanent position that is fun and dynamic for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping spaces spotless, and being part of a fast-paced hospitality team. The position includes hands-on cleaning of properties, managing guest communications, keeping homes well-stocked with essentials, and creating and maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule during the off season (November 1 to April 30). General Requirements:

- High-level English fluency is required for this position.

- Reside within Metro St. John's.

- Own a mobile telephone.

- Possess a valid drivers license & clean drivers abstract.

- Have incredible attention to detail.

- Be able to work independently.

- Eligible to work in Canada.

- Excellent time management.

- Take pride in your work.

- Must know how to clean - previous experience in cleaning residential, housekeeping or hotel (At lease one year preferred).

- Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.

- Be trustworthy and dependable.

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Cleaning Responsibilities:

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, and
windows.

Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface. Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors. Making beds neatly and occasionally ironing bed linens. Ensuring the house and all cabinets and drawers are clean, organized, and tidy. Ensuring outdoor areas are clean and tidy. Inspecting houses for damage.
Other Responsibilities:

Contributing to answer guest messages. Stocking houses with guest essentials. Creating a weekly cleaning schedule for the period of November 1 to April 30.
Other Considerations:

Company vehicle provided. Cleaners and cleaning supplies provided.
