The Property Management Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of property management. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and possesses strong customer service skills. The assistant will help ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met promptly and effectively.
Duties
Assist in property rental management, including listing properties, communicating with tenants, and handling lease agreements.
Organize and manage documents, emails, and phone inquiries.
Conduct property showings and answer rental-related questions.
Advertise rental properties through various platforms, including social media.
Coordinate property maintenance and related tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective renters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records of tenant information and property documents.
Support property management activities such as scheduling maintenance, coordinating property showings, and preparing lease agreements.
Engage in effective communication with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Familiarity with property management principles is preferred but not required.
Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and tenants while maintaining positive relationships.
Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls professionally and courteously.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in property management or rental management is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
Fluency in
English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
is an advantage.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
