Overview:



As an Administrative Assistant at Lionsgate Communities, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include handling accounting tasks, supporting operational activities, and assisting the CEO. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:



Manages tenant inquiries and problem solves or directs to the appropriate department.

Process reoccurring invoices and bills, including verifying, uploading invoices and closing out Purchase orders.

Update new charges or cancellation such as parking/storage/new leases.

Review move in and move out charges while verifying details to ensure accuracy.

Quality check reoccurring charges against rent rolls.

Prepare and deliver documents such as building communications, memos, notices, and contracts.

Support Operations and Accounting.

Ensure all files are complete, accurate and properly documented.

Prepare and review packages and documents for the Residential Tenancy Branch.

Conduct research on market trends and neighborhoods.

Assist in CEO's calendar management, such as scheduling and coordinating.

Assist in CEO's and Executives travel arrangements.

Assist with CEO's personal matters.

Performing other duties assigned by Executives.

Qualifications:



2+ years of administrative or related property management experience is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in using office software and property management software. Basic knowledge of accounting and journal entry is an asset and not a requirement. Ability to travel to other residential buildings within Vancouver if necessary.

Compensation:



Starting at $65,000/year Extended Medical Benefits (Dental, Vision, Health) RRSP matching after 1 year of employment.
