Job Description


Our client, one of Winnipeg\'s largest property management firms, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for a Property Administrator to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-service-oriented individual to learn more about residential real estate.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between tenants and site staff
  • Resolving tenant concerns in an efficient and timely manner
  • Reviewing and maintaining various reports such as rent rolls and lease terms
  • Reviewing and processing rental applications and renewals
  • Monitoring advertising for properties to ensure the accuracy and timing of ads
  • Responding to Residential Tenancies Branch enquiries regarding tenant concerns
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong background in customer service
  • Impressive written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous experience in property management is an asset
