Reporting to the Director of Property Administration, you will be a key member of a committed and far-reaching team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure invoicing and collection of rents in accordance with Oxford procedures;
  • Prepare rent notices, statements of account, courtesy letters and defaults when required;
  • Distribution of year-end adjustment invoices and collection of amounts to be collected.
  • Explain variances in recurring rent billing.
  • Enter daily bank deposits into JDE and ensure they are made in a timely manner to the bank.
  • Assist in entering information into JDE, including setting up new tenants, leases, renewals and rent adjustments, in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Participate in meetings when necessary.
  • All other related tasks.
Requirements to be successful in this role:
  • College diploma in accounting or equivalent;
  • Have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience;
  • Experience in the real estate field an asset;
  • Be able to perform several tasks simultaneously in a rigorous manner, in a dynamic environment;
  • Master the numbers well and have an eye for detail;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Good communication both orally and in writing in French and advanced level of English;
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, WordExcel, Office 365 Suite);
  • Knowledge of JDE software an asset
