Job Description

Real Estate 360 is looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team. If you have experience in property management, corporate administration, or a paralegal background, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of properties and work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone who is self-managed, organized, and a natural problem solver -- someone who can take initiative and keep things moving without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do:

Oversee administrative tasks for a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties Communicate with tenants, owners, contractors, and internal teams Handle documentation, correspondence, and reporting Support property managers and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

Experience in property management, corporate administration, or legal/paralegal work Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with property management software (Yardi is an asset, but not required) A team player with a proactive mindset
