Property Accountant Commercial

Job Description
On the behalf of our client we are searching for a Commercial Property Accountant in Toronto.
Compensation: Up to 85K+
Essential Functions:
- Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of Commerical properties
- \xc2\xb7 Preparation and review of monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement etc.)
- \xc2\xb7 Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations
- \xc2\xb7 Monthly billing of rent charges and deposits
- \xc2\xb7 Prepare year end audit working papers
- \xc2\xb7 Ad hoc projects and other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time.
- Minimum years 3 Accounting experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- Commecial Property Accounting experience
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have experience with Yardi
