Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects within allocated timeframes and budgets
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and project management to ensure project success
  • Monitor and report on project progress to project partners
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirements
  • Manage project team members, including supervision of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Conduct regular project meetings and manage project documentation

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing both low rise wood frame and high-rise development projects
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Experience with construction software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
