Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects within allocated timeframes and budgets
Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and project management to ensure project success
Monitor and report on project progress to project partners
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirements
Manage project team members, including supervision of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Conduct regular project meetings and manage project documentation

Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in managing both low rise wood frame and high-rise development projects
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
Experience with construction software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
