Position: Project Manager - Process and Systems Implementation
Location: Laval
Salary: $90K per year
Job Type: Permanent with full benefits, hybrid and RRSP package!

An international industry leading manufacturer is seeking a Project Manager -Process and Systems Implementation for their Laval facilities.
In this role, you will be leading various projects with the goal of improving overall operational efficiency for process improvement. You will be managing projects related to analysis of current processes, identifying areas of improvement, integration and implementing various systems and creation and deployment of programs.

Your responsibilities:

- Analyzing current processes, analyzing and implementing effective improvements through of programs creation and deployment
- Managing ongoing continuous improvement projects such as integration of systems, software system implementation, deployment and updating of systems
- Supporting internal teams in various continuous improvement initiatives for various departments
- Communicating with internal and external clients and consultants
- Acting as a change agent with those implicated in the continuous improvement projects and programs
- Providing ongoing support for the integration of the functions of the internal systems creating and implementing defined projects to improve customer experience and overall operational efficiency
- Collaborating with different departments

Qualifications:

- BEng in Industrial Engineering or education within a relevant discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience working within ERP, CRM, WMS and other related systems with experience in a system implementation an important asset
- Bilingualism to communicate with clients and suppliers overseas
- Strong initiative, able to work autonomously and on a team, dynamic and positive, action and results oriented
