Tasks

The Project Manager MES Customer Service is responsible for:
  • Managing MES customer inquiries and concluding a single contract
  • Accepting and coordinating customer inquiries
  • Developing, issuing and negotiating proposals, including calculation and coordination with MES product lines
  • Negotiation and conclusion of individual contracts
  • MES customer event management including
  • All customer communications, management of engine shipments
  • Preparation of engine commissioning and/or field interventions for on-wing and on-site activities
  • Coordination of initiation dates and field team events
  • Preparation of cost estimates
  • Preparation of credit notes
  • Customer relationship management (feedback management, customer visits, event review meetings etc.)
  • Support management of out standings
  • All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

The ideal Project Manager MES Customer Service must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • Master\'s degree desired
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a high technical level customer service field required
  • English language required
  • German and/or other language desirable
  • Must have customer service experience in a technical environment
  • Experience with aircraft gas turbine engines is a plus
  • Knowledge of LH Group capabilities, procedures, advantageous IT systems and processes desirable
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Responsible for budget: costs and revenues
  • Highly professional
  • Excellent reliability
  • Excellent sense of responsibility
  • Excellent judgment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Constant time pressure
  • High level of stress
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
