CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATVIVE Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, our Customer Service Representative is knowledgeable about AG Products as well as pre-engineered steel building systems; supporting and working with our Builders throughout the duration of their order; from time of receipt to final delivery. Our successful applicant will be responsible for project coordination and providing day-day support of our Builders orders. Responsibilities include processing customer orders; requests; and acting as the liaison between our Builders and internal departments within Behlen Industries LP to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction. The Service Representative will also be responsible for providing support to our Reception team. As the successful team member you will be the direct link to our customers and support initiatives to increase sales of our product line, worldwide. This role requires: \xc2\xb7 Completion of a Office Administration Diploma or related discipline. \xc2\xb7 Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered. \xc2\xb7 A Certified Engineering Technologist or equivalent designation will be viewed favourably. \xc2\xb7 Two to Three years related customer service experience. \xc2\xb7 Experience in a large office, AG Industry, construction and/or manufacturing environment is required. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs are a requirement. Ability to work with software like Stetchup Pro, Revit and Inventor. \xc2\xb7 Solid communication and interpersonal skills; superior telephone etiquette and a resourceful problem solver. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure \xc2\xb7 Some travel may be required Behlen Industries LP provides a competitive total rewards package including professional growth, career development and continuous learning.
