With a focus on residential projects, the company specializes in a diverse range of developments, including subdivision projects, stacked town projects, as well as mid and high-rise residential buildings. My client is seeking a seasoned and experienced Low to Mid Rise Project Manager to oversee and lead various residential development projects from pre-construction to closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful execution of multiple projects, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities of this Project Manager:

  • Project Leadership: Take charge of low to mid-rise residential projects, providing hands-on leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  • Pre-Construction: Collaborate with the design and engineering teams during the pre-construction phase to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to budgetary limitations to maximize project profitability.
  • Contractor and Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and proactively implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with team members, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Health and Safety: Prioritize the safety of all project personnel and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.
Qualifications of this Project manager:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the real estate development industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing low to mid-rise residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions.
  • A valid driver\'s license and the availability to travel to project sites as required.
