My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Superintendent to lead the successful execution of their low to mid-rise condominium townhouse projects. As the Construction Site Superintendent, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction activities, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities of the site superintendent:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and on-site personnel to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of project milestones.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Uphold rigorous safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among all on-site personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of on-site activities, including progress reports, safety incidents, and change orders.
  • Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies required for construction activities.
  • Facilitate regular communication with subcontractors and suppliers to manage schedules, resolve issues, and address any changes.
  • Proactively address any project delays, budget concerns, or unforeseen challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications and Requirements:
