The HVAC Project Manager will oversee reconstruction and modifications from beginning to end and offer a high level of organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and quality. They will be responsible for client communication, supervision of crews, and hitting deadlines. It will be important that this individual is capable of overseeing more than 1 job at once. Compensation ranges from 110-130k per year and will vary based on the relevant fit, skills, and experience offered by the suitable candidate. Additionally, there is an extended benefits program.

Required Qualifications :

• Previous project management experience in HVAC field

• Demonstrated expertise in retrofits

• Good computer skills

• Ability to supervise people, communicate with customers, maintain organization

• Formal education in refrigeration, plumbing, mechanical fields would be an asset

• Fluent in verbal and written English

• Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada

• Based in Lower Mainland with ability to commute between projects and office as required
