WANTED: Project Manager (HVAC/Mechanical)

We are currently looking for a hard-working individual to join our team as a

Project Manager to manage and maintain project work flow!

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Maintain and monitor all documentation, correspondence. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities. Prepares construction schedules by studying plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting efficiencies. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Review technical drawings and specifications. Conduct site visits. Identify and resolve project risks and issues. Prepare reports and documentation for senior staff. Support senior staff with various duties as assigned Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

We are looking for individuals with

Minimum 3 years as a project manager within the last 10 years. Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and project lifecycle. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of administrative duties. Background knowledge of the construction industry and standard work flows. Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
