We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong mechanical hvac and plumbing engineering expertise, leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. The Project Manager will utilize various project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to drive project success.
Duties
Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project phases.
Oversee vendor management and negotiate contracts with external partners.
Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication across teams using tools like SharePoint and ServiceNow.
Ensure quality management processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes.
