As part of the redesign of our digital platform, the Digital Content Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all stages of digital content creation, production, updating and delivery, under the supervision of the Global Content Manager and in collaboration with all LCI Education institutions and other business units.

The Project Manager - Digital Content must be rigorous, organized and have an excellent sense of priorities. He/she must also demonstrate creativity, initiative and leadership. The Digital Content Project Manager will have a pivotal role in the implementation of LCI Education\'s new digital platform and must be able to plan and execute a specific content aggregation plan for different international audiences. The Digital Content Project Manager must also possess strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively coordinate various requests with other departments within the organization. He/she will work in both French and English on a daily basis.

This is a contractual position. The position is expected to start in early April and the mandate will last approximately 7 months. During this period, the selected candidate will have a full-time workload.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and execute the digital content aggregation and management plan in accordance with the schedule established by the digital team and the global content manager;

Coordinate and support each business unit in the creation, production, update and delivery of content according to the established content architecture of the new web platform;

Coordinate the delivery schedule and deadlines with the collaboration of local teams;

Ensure a rigorous follow-up in order to guarantee the conformity of the contents according to the established templates and needs for both written and visual contents;

Ensure outstanding classification of content submitted by each business unit until final delivery;

Coordinate translation needs in the different languages with external suppliers;

Ensure that the content provided by each business unit complies with the SEO standards of the new web platform;

Ensure brand tone is respected;

Coordinate and assist with the implementation of the taxonomy in the official languages of each audience;

Meet and track approval timelines for each party;

Ensure weekly follow-ups of each step with the Global Content Manager;

Other related duties.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;

University degree, Bachelor\'s degree or certificate in marketing communications, computer science, IT or other relevant experience;

Demonstrated experience in coordination, production management and digital content delivery;

Demonstrated experience in project management and digital platform deployment;

Excellent knowledge of marketing and SEO writing methods (French and English);

Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to prioritize;

Passion for the world of digital communication, marketing strategy and content.

Excellent written and spoken bilingualism (French and English);

Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);

Knowledge of Jira, Dev-Ops, GatherContent and Sitecore platforms is an asset.
