We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Development Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to supporting construction and development projects from inception through completion, ensuring efficient coordination among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Duties
Assist in the planning and coordination of development projects, including reviewing blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
Utilize construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D to track project progress, budgets, and schedules.
Support the preparation of construction estimates by analyzing plans and schematics.
Monitor project milestones and assist in managing project documentation to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
Assist in the review of construction estimating data and support bidding processes.
Maintain organized records of project files, drawings, and correspondence for easy access and reference.
Skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
Experience with construction estimating tools such as sage Estimates
Familiarity with project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other construction management platforms. Builder trend
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics accurately.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
