The largest wide format printer in Atlantic Canada, Plasticraft is a dynamic and fast-growing specialty print company that is committed to providing the best quality solutions for our customers.We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR), based in Saint John, N.B. The CSR is the liaison between the customer, sales team, and production responding to customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders. The successful candidate must be a quick learner with attention to detail, math acumen, and a collaborative team nature.Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of customer projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking a project plan.
• Respond promptly to phone or email inquiries and provide exceptional customer service as the customer\xe2\x80\x99s main point of contact.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person about printing requirements, job status, estimates, orders, changes, shipping confirmation and any concerns.
• Contribute to the success of on-time delivery and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and prepare quotes for the customer.
• Process jobs and orders following customer specifications.
• Collaborate and cross train with team members to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and leadership.
• Practice 5S and communicate continuous improvement ideas.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Trade Certification required; Post-Secondary education is considered an asset.
• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales environments, or Print / Signage industry is an asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail is a requirement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be deadline conscious and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to individuals or small groups including customers, vendors, and employees.
• Good judgement of color, design, and print quality.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
