:At IPS, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team out of our office located in Vaughan, Ontario.What You\'ll Do

• Ensure achievement of corporate goals for the Design Department.
• Coordinate internal monthly financial meetings and reports for the Sr. Director, Design Operation, and the Director of Project Management.
• Work with Project Managers, design sub-contractors, and accounting to put in place sub-contractor Statements of Work (SOW) and sub-contractor commitments in an on-line financial management system.
• Maintain personal competency in relevant professional areas by completing continuous education units.
• Assist in identifying and developing innovative methods for improving project management processes and techniques against current SOPs.
• Support Project Managers for achievement of scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on assigned projects.
• Work closely with the Project Manager monitoring and reporting project costs, evaluating contract variances, ETCs, billed versus spent, and facilitating project closeouts.
• Challenge cost report basis assumptions to ensure conservative, accurate forecasting of project cost.
• Support the Project Manager to monitor open accounts receivable, and payment of vendor and subcontractor invoices as required to meet project and corporate goals.
• Act as cross-functional Accounting Liaison supporting the Project Manager in the development of financial documentation.
• Work with IPS Managers, Clients, and Owners to facilitate faster payments and to determine at-risk projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma, preferably an associate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with a business-related focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
