  • Fournir un soutien administratif cl\xc3\xa9 au d\xc3\xa9partement
  • Coordonner le flux d\'informations entre la tourn\xc3\xa9e, le si\xc3\xa8ge international (IHQ) et les partenaires ext\xc3\xa9rieurs/fournisseurs et sponsors.
  • Surveiller de pr\xc3\xa8s l\'avancement des dossiers en cours, g\xc3\xa9rer les d\xc3\xa9lais et communiquer avec les parties concern\xc3\xa9es
  • Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les tourn\xc3\xa9es pour soutenir les nouvelles initiatives concernant l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience des invit\xc3\xa9s.
  • Maintenir la base de donn\xc3\xa9es et le syst\xc3\xa8me \xc3\xa0 jour et participer activement \xc3\xa0 leur am\xc3\xa9lioration.
  • Participer et agir en tant que liaison pour le d\xc3\xa9veloppement du nouveau programme de souvenirs de spectacle
  • Traiter les demandes internes concernant la marchandise
  • Soutenir les spectacles en ar\xc3\xa9na concernant leurs op\xc3\xa9rations et r\xc3\xa8glements de marchandise.
  • Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec le d\xc3\xa9partement logistique concernant l\'exp\xc3\xa9dition et les douanes.
  • Superviser les commandes pour les chapiteaux et les ar\xc3\xa9nas (STO-facture commerciale-demande d\'exp\xc3\xa9dition)
  • G\xc3\xa9rer l\'administration d\'un commerce de gros avec le promoteur (commande, facture, exp\xc3\xa9dition, inventaire)
  • Assister au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de toutes les nouvelles infrastructures
  • \xc3\x89tablir un calendrier d\'inventaire pour tous les spectacles et le mettre \xc3\xa0 jour lorsque n\xc3\xa9cessaire
  • Soutenir l\'int\xc3\xa9gration et l\'accueil des nouvelles activit\xc3\xa9s
  • G\xc3\xa9rer toutes les demandes de marchandises du si\xc3\xa8ge international (voyage d\'affaires-sponsoring-marketing-PR) (STO-gestion d\'inventaire)
  • Imprimer et envoyer la signal\xc3\xa9tique \xc3\xa0 la tourn\xc3\xa9e (promo-description-nouveau prix)
  • Entreprendre des projets ponctuels et toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches assign\xc3\xa9es.
Le candidat id\xc3\xa9al aura les qualifications suivantes :
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9giales (DEC) ou attestation d\'\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9giales (AEC)
  • Comp\xc3\xa9tences organisationnelles solides, curiosit\xc3\xa9 et flexibilit\xc3\xa9;
  • Bonnes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication, comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler efficacement avec les autres.
  • Excellente connaissance de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience des invit\xc3\xa9s et du service client
  • Int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat marqu\xc3\xa9 pour les d\xc3\xa9fis en \xc3\xa9volution et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes

  • Connaissance de l\'environnement MS Office, ma\xc3\xaetrise d\'Excel et PowerPoint ainsi que des logiciels de conception;
  • Connaissance de SAP

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group relies on an ever more creative and collaborative approach to work in order to constantly push back the limits of the imagination!Put your expertise in the spotlightReporting to the Director Business operations, you will serve as Coordinator Business Operations, and you will be required to perform coordination support tasks for all projects and activities fulfilled by business operations department.Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide key administrative support to the department
  • Coordinate the flow of information from the tour, IHQ and outside partners/vendors and sponsors.
  • Closely monitor the progress of the outstanding files, manage timeline and communicate with the parties concerned
  • Work closely with the tours to support new initiatives regarding the guest experience.
  • Keep the database and system updated and participate actively in their improvement.
  • Participate and act as a liaison for the new Souvenir Show Program development
  • Process internal requests regarding merchandising
  • Support the arena show regarding their merchandising operations and settlement.
  • Work closely with the logistic department regarding shipping and customs.
  • Supervise the order for big top and arena (STO-commercial invoice-shipping request)
  • Manage the administrative of a wholesale with the promoter (order, invoice, shipping, inventory)
  • Assist on the development of all new infrastructure
  • Made an inventory schedule for all shows and update it when it is needed
  • Support integration and onboarding of new activities
  • Manage all request for merch from the IHQ (business trip- sponsorship-marketing-PR) (sto- inventory management)
  • Print and send signage to the tour (promo-description-new pricing)
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and all other duties assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • College-level diploma (DEC) or attestation of collegial studies (AEC)
  • Strong Organizational skills, curiosity and flexibility;
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Excellent knowledge of guest experience and customer service
  • Keen interest in evolving challenges and ability to solve problem
  • Must be able to self-initiate activities, coordinate tasks and take initiative to complete assignments.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office environment, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint as well as with design software;
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
