Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Develop a detailed project management plan and ensure that operational requirements are included.
  • Manage project timelines, risk, and budget
Requirements

Project Controller - Senior
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or any related field
  • +5 years of experience in project management
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Relevant experience in industrial and engineering environments is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project management certification is an asset.
  • Experience in MS projects and ERP environments is an asset
  • Fully Bilingual (French and English)
Project Controller - Junior
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or any related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Relevant experience in industrial and engineering environments is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in MS projects and ERP environments is an asset
  • Fully Bilingual (French and English)
