Position: Project Manager, Construction and Architecture
Location: Longueuil (Hybrid Mode)Are you a standout leader in construction known for your dynamism, proactive attitude, and ability to successfully manage architectural projects? As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of construction projects under your supervision. Reporting to the Director of Architectural Projects, you will collaborate closely with technical teams, accounting, manufacturing, and engineering.Our client offers:- Competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications
- Flexible hours in hybrid mode (37.5 hours/week)
- 3 weeks of vacation + 3 sick days/year

- Planning of procurement and manufacturing activities
- Monitoring costs, invoicing, and schedules
- Ensuring the financial profitability of projects and managing extras
- Reviewing plans and following professional approvals
- Preparation of project documentation
- Representing the company to clients and professionalsProfile:- Bilingual in spoken and written language to work on projects across Canada and the United States
- Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering
- Available for travel to construction sites, representing 30% of time (province of Quebec)
- Essential skills in reading plans and specifications
- Ability to thrive in a growing entrepreneurial environment
