for hotels and hospitality projects. Our systems help hotels improve guest comfort, energy efficiency, and operational control. We work closely with hotel owners, designers, contractors, and operators on projects locally and internationally.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
Junior Project & Account Manager
to support the delivery of GRMS projects and assist in managing customer accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in

You will work closely with senior project managers, engineers, and production teams while developing hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
Assist with managing GRMS projects from order through delivery and handover
Help coordinate schedules, documentation, and project milestones
Support communication between internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, logistics)
Track actions, risks, and issues under guidance from senior team members
Account Support
Assist in day-to-day communication with hotel clients and project stakeholders
Help prepare quotations, orders, and change order requests
Maintain customer and project records in CRM / ERP systems
Support relationship building with repeat clients and partners
Technical & Operational Assistance
Help document hotel-specific requirements such as room types and control strategies
Assist with system configuration records and documentation
Support factory testing, site testing, and commissioning activities when required
Reporting & Administration
Prepare basic project reports and status updates
Maintain organised project documentation and filing
Assist with tracking KPIs such as delivery timelines and customer feedback
Skills & Experience
Required
0-2 years' experience in a project coordination, account support, or administrative role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Willingness to learn technical systems and hospitality project processes
Comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred (but not essential)
Exposure to hospitality, construction, manufacturing, or technology projects
Basic understanding of building systems, controls, or smart technology
Experience using CRM, ERP, or project management tools
Relevant qualification in business, engineering, project management, or similar
