We're now looking for a Project Coordinator / Sales Account Manager to join our collaborative in-house sales team in Kamloops. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners while coordinating projects from quote to delivery.

depending on experience

The Role:
As a
Project Coordinator / Sales Account Manager
, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal departments. You'll manage new and existing accounts, assist with walk-ins and phone inquiries, and coordinate project details with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Act as a support resource for Account Managers -- helping manage calls, walk-ins, and new inquiries
Prepare and issue pricing quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate project details across internal teams (design, production, logistics)
Maintain organized and detailed records of communications and project updates
Conduct occasional site visits or virtual walkthroughs to confirm project information
Assist with general sales coordination, scheduling, and customer service follow-up
What You Bring:
Experience in project coordination, construction administration, customer service, or inside sales
Strong understanding or interest in construction, design, or building materials
Excellent communication and organization skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an asset
A proactive, professional attitude and commitment to teamwork
Legally eligible to work in Canada
