As an exciting and fast-growing leader within the international corporate event and tradeshow exhibit world, Pro-X Event is looking to expand their team with a well-organized and dedicated Account Manager / Junior Project Manager who will take ownership over the administrative and logistical aspects of small projects. This position is an expansion to the existing team.
Location:
Mississauga, Ontario (in-office)
Responsibilities:
Receive, understand and restructure project data from client-facing proposals into internal-facing project templates
Be the liaison between client, sales, logistics and production, ensuring all needs are met
Source and communicate show-specific information with internal teams and the client, such as show dates and venue-specific requirements
Complete all paperwork surrounding trade show and conferences, including electrical orders, material handling, and completing & submitting show-required paperwork
Follow up and follow through all projects to completion to ensure nothing is missed
Flag issues or discrepancies that may arise in projects, and work with the team to solve them
Positively communicate and collaborate across all departments within the organization
Qualifications:
Superior English communication skills (in person, on the phone and via email)
1+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in the virtual Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
Self-starter who can work independently
Highly organized with a keen eye for details and deadlines
Experience with account and project management an asset
Post secondary degree or diploma is an asset
