Role: Account Manager (Project & Technical Support)

Location:

Surrey, BC

This full-time role supports our HVAC Division's

outside sales team

and wholesale distributors by preparing

quotes

, providing

technical troubleshooting

, and assisting with

specification and documentation updates

. You'll be the go-to resource for customer service and technical support, ensuring smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate

quotes and submittals

for ventilation products (fans, ERVs, heat pumps). Provide

technical support

to distributors and contractors; troubleshoot installations and performance issues. Review

mechanical plans and drawings

; confirm product selections and quantities. Collaborate with engineering to

update product documentation and specifications

. Support outside sales reps with

pull-through activities

, including occasional tradeshows and training sessions. Maintain CRM records and track KPIs (quote turnaround, accuracy, resolution time).

Required Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in

HVAC/R

,

Mechanical Technology

, or equivalent experience.

2-5 years

in HVAC or ventilation (distribution, manufacturer, or contractor). Ability to

read mechanical drawings

, perform

basic airflow and performance calculations

, and work hands-on with units. Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in

Excel

and

CRM systems

.

Preferred

HVAC/R technician certification or advanced HVAC coursework. Familiarity with

AutoCAD/Revit

for plan reading. Experience supporting

distributor trainings

and troubleshooting in the field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $53,900.31-$65,000.00 per year
