Grow and manage the testing and maintenance operations throughout the Lower Mainland
Enhance your current portfolio client base with service work
Ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Tasks include but not limited to:
a) Quoting
b) Scheduling - in cooperation with the company's needs
c) Producing reports for your individual clients
d) Service requests from your portfolio
e) Provide invoicing support for clients in your portfolio
f) Provide bad debt reconciliation support from your portfolio - if required
Enhance and expand products we service to current client base
Seek new clients to enhance / expand your current portfolio
Develop sales strategies to grow the market through marketing and networking initiatives
Support co-workers with scheduling and managing labour with service work
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
Liaise with department supervisors and lead hands
Attend bi-monthly meetings with the Burnaby Branch Manager to assess upcoming work.
