Aran Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager / Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience and solid knowledge in piping and boilermaking within the agri-food industry.
Aran Inc. is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in the fabrication and installation of custom stainless-steel equipment for the agri-food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries.
Responsibilities
Read and analyze industrial drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with site supervisors and the shop manager to ensure daily coordination of project activities.
Visit new and existing clients to prepare project files for estimators (quantity take-offs, cost evaluation for materials, labor, equipment, subcontracting, project timelines, etc.).
Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain a high level of quality control to minimize failures.
Coordinate employee activities related to fabrication and installation.
Monitor project progress and results once work is completed.
Ensure that materials and project execution meet design specifications and high-quality standards.
Meet project deadlines and set team priorities.
Resolve project-related issues as they arise and keep key managers informed of project progress.

Strong leadership, collaboration, autonomy, and teamwork abilities.
Excellent priority management; ability to handle urgent requests effectively.
Strong technical knowledge; ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Ability to interpret ISO, P&ID, and 3D drawings.
Combination of education and experience in industrial piping.
Experience in installation, dismantling, and/or modification of equipment.
Ability to visualize the project as a whole, anticipate problems, and implement solutions.
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control, to minimize real-time failures.
Excellent organizational, time management, and coordination skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including active listening and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Relevant project management experience in piping and welding within the agri-food or pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of construction site operations.
