RMUS Canada Program Manager - Industrial Solutions



RMUS is the leading Remotely Operated and Autonomous Robotics provider in North America. We provide cutting edge equipment, industry leading training programs (online and in person), and professional and technical support services. We have offices in Mississauga (ON), Ottawa (ON), Calgary (AB) and Vancouver (BC). Our Partners come from all over - US, Europe, Australia, China, and Vietnam. We service 3 core verticals, Public Safety, Industrial and Military. We are specialists in developing enterprise/agency wide robotics programs which provide enhanced situational awareness and inspection capability resulting in better decision making.

We are looking for a new Program Manager to join our Industrial team to ensure our largest Industrial Account projects are running smoothly. This role is the key part in ensuring that everything stays on schedule, on budget, and delivers maximum ROI for our customers . Ideally you are a versatile but highly organized individual with comfortable interacting with customers and service people alike. You will have some project management experience for services (heavy industries preferred). Experience managing field teams to hitting measurable deliverables is a major plus. You are comfortable with a flexible working environment and in thinking strategically while bringing structure to the industrial offerings of a rapidly growing company.

Key Functions

:

1. Ensure the successful delivery of RMUS Industrial projects, solutions and services, taking full ownership of successful deployment, integration, and customer adoption.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for program leads at our largest industrial customers.

3. Coordinate pilots, technical consultants, and partners and ensure high satisfaction levels and program revenue growth.

4. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards.

5. Turn field operations and technical outputs into clear, customer-ready reports that drive future opportunities.

What you will do

:

Manage customer expectations and ensure seamless communication. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Identify New Growth opportunities and support revenue increases in core Industrial accounts. Oversee account logistics: ensuring the right equipment, pilots, and resources are in place when needed. Track project performance using KPIs, milestones, and deliverables. Document results and POC outcomes in concise, professional reports that demonstrate value and ROI. Develop new business cases to support expansion of current programs and new use cases. Conduct regular project reviews, anticipate risks, and resolve issues proactively. Standardize documentation, reporting, and project workflows for consistency and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:



- 3-5 Years of Program or Project management experience or 3 Years in a Key Account Management Role servicing a large Industrial customer.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to coordinate cross-functional teams without authority.

- Deep experience in Energy, Mining, Construction, or Transportation fields.

- Ability to develop and present Business Cases that highlight results, ROI and benefits.

- Excellent communication: clear, concise, and customer-focused.

- Resourceful and creative in solving problems and driving progress.

- Curious and eager to understand industrial technologies and customer applications.

- Brings clarity, structure, and accountability to fast-moving, multi-project environments.

- An impeccable communication style - you have exceptional and proven written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present in a compelling manner.

- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, resourceful, organized, and proactive.

- The ability to solve complex problems (or know where to find the answer).

- Commitment to long-term growth and learning.

Nice to have's:



- Understanding of Robotics

- PMP Designation

- Experience managing both hardware and software implementation projects

- A second or third language

- Entrepreneurial mindset, maybe even started a business already

- A technical background, technical certificate in Electronics, Engineering or similar from College or vocational institute.

Location



This is a full time position, Calgary based. Some travel within BC and Alberta is expected, with occasional trips to Ontario HQ (2-3 x per year)

Compensation



Target Comp: 110-125k plus benefits

Base Salary - 80- 90k

Company and Individual Performance Bonus up to 2 months total

Negotiable Variable compensation based on account growth

Full Benefits - Includes medical, dental,

3% RRSP match

3 weeks Vacation
