Our Emerging Talent Program focuses on two programs: 2-year Recent Graduates Development Program and 3-year Future Leaders Leadership Development Program.
Reporting to the Corporate Vice President Human Resources and working closely with business VP\xe2\x80\x99s HR and other Leadership Experts in the Corporate HR team, the role will manage the development and implementation of these two programs, working with Business and HR leaders in identifying potential future leadership talent, facilitating leadership training for program participants, developing relationships with Company executives for their participation in the program, sharing their knowledge and experience for the development of program participants.
This role will be integral in the instructional design of learning programs, development of content and materials, LMS administration, facilitation, and WBT (Skillsoft) platform.
The Program Manager, Emerging Talent will be responsible to the sustainment and growth of all Emerging Talent, University relationships, and social media strategies in providing strategic support in developing our employees in all Moncton based businesses.
