What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for

RCGT Consulting Inc. is looking for an experienced Program Lead who will be responsible for the management and operations of a multi-disciplinary program including overseeing a team and ensuring overall service delivery on a daily basis, while aligning it to our vision and growth strategy. The Program Lead will be accountable for activities in case management, adjudication, program policies, financial transaction related to their program, overall monitoring of operating budgets, monthly accounting, and reporting. The Program Lead manages all program-related matters, including but not limited to promoting continuous improvement in performance and quality, efficiencies, coaching and knowledge transfer.
A day in the life

  • Provide program leadership for the department with the goal of maintaining the highest industry standards
  • Facilitate the development of the program and ensure its implementation meets the needs of our client and internal expectations
  • Ensure that the program\'s policies, systems and procedures are observed and applied at all times
  • Identify, propose and plan for changes to improve program
  • Lead the departmental planning and budget setting and monitoring
  • Develop the skills and talents of staff working under your direction and ensure required competencies and skills are being met
  • Ensure proper resource allocation
  • Promote effective communication between groups and employees within the program
  • Implement an ongoing program of employee work evaluation
  • Maintain a program-wide positive climate and organization for learning (high expectations, cooperation, support, positive attitudes, etc.)
  • Help identify and implement technologies to facilitate the work of the team
  • Make recommendations for process improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new software
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Able to obtain or possess a valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance
