Structurally sitting under THP Solutions, insight health solutions works closely with other innovative, entrepreneurial and evidence-informed groups and programs including THPs Institute for Better Health and Can Health, to exceed our customer and client needs.
Overview of the opportunity:
Reporting to a business development Manager, insight health solutions, the Program Coordinator will work with the business development team to manage and coordinate administrative functions and projects related to accelerating business diversification efforts provincially and nationally.
Heres what youll get to do:

• Support and collaborate with the broader business development team in the identification of new business opportunities and the development of new clinical programs, including:
• Performing market analyses and data gathering
• Organizing and leading Needs Assessments and other opportunities to gather information and inform the business development team.
• Creating decks to support business presentations.
• Tracking of business activities aligned with goals and objectives and next steps.
• Identifying clinical SMEs to support new program building and working with them to obtain necessary information.
• RFP response
• Search and review upcoming opportunities and synthesize the information to help guide decision: go or no go.
• Participate in new business response efforts from a coordination and content perspective.
• Oversight and coordination of team and work responding to competitions.
• Gathering of applicable internal information.
• Relationship development where applicable with customer procurement reps.
• Preparing Communications, Briefings, Presentations & Reports

• Ensure creation and delivery of monthly business scorecard, including preliminary analysis, leveraging business acumen and writing, to create reports, presentations and other documents for both internal and external use.
• Developing and managing external communications e.g., website, social media.
• Participation in conference and networking events

• Ambassador for THP at the above
• Identify annual opportunities and priorize.
• Ensure provision of all marketing material and paraphernalia for events
• Oversee data base of contacts, activities.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree, ideally in business, life sciences, health informatics or related discipline required
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare work experience in a coordination capacity required, preferably in the private healthcare sector, required.
• Healthcare sales and marketing experience preferred.

Heres what youll need:

• Minimum 3 years of administrative, coordinator and/or project management/coordination experience.
• Excellent project management/coordination skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal leaders and teams as well as external customers.
• Ability to quickly build relationships across diverse groups, internal and external to THP.
• Comfortable working in high pressure, fast-paced environment with competing tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, self-direction and ability to multitask, and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills to interpret information and identify areas that require further investigation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet timelines and accomplish goals.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when required between THP, partner sites and customer locations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
