As an integral member of the interdisciplinary assessment and treatment team the Occupational Therapist (OT) will play a key role in the triaging, assessment and treatment of individuals referred to IHS from the WSIB. They will work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health clinicians, and kinesiologists to determine what the client needs are clinically to make a full functional recovery, as well as liaise with external community healthcare providers and insurers to ensure a safe transition from the program to the community.The role will work closely with clients, customers and other front-line clinicians to deliver a high quality, evidence-based program that focuses on returning clients to function and reducing impairment and disability \xe2\x80\x93 all in an innovative environment.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do each day:
