Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Health Services Manager, the Occupational Therapist, functions as a member of the Mental Health & Addictions Program and the multi-disciplinary team, participating in the planning, development, provision and evaluation of Mental Health & Addictions.The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the case management and provision of mental health services to clients enrolled in the Beacon Program. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing psychosocial assessments, functional assessments, and diagnostic impressions, developing and implementing a treatment plan, monitoring individual clinical outcomes, making case management decisions, implementing and facilitating groups, and developing and implementing a discharge plan. The Occupational Therapist links clients to agencies, services, and programs as indicated. The Occupational Therapist documents accurate, concise, and current clinical notes according to professional standards.The Occupational Therapist exhibits sound professional judgment and initiative while working within the framework and objectives of the Mental Health & Addictions and the Mission, Vision and Strategic Directions and incorporates into daily practice the Core Competencies and Values of the organization.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
