Notre objectif : r\xc3\xa9duire les \xc3\xa9missions de gaz \xc3\xa0 effet de serre et am\xc3\xa9liorer l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9nerg\xc3\xa9tique des habitations. Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels entrants des propri\xc3\xa9taires int\xc3\xa9ress\xc3\xa9s par le programme.
• Transmettre aux participants du programme R\xc3\xa9noclimat les informations concernant leurs rendez-vous.
• Fournir des informations sur les mesures \xc3\xa9co\xc3\xa9nerg\xc3\xa9tiques du programme R\xc3\xa9noclimat.
• Guider les appelants dans le processus d\'inscription et leur expliquer les \xc3\xa9tapes requises.
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux questions sur les crit\xc3\xa8res d\'\xc3\xa9ligibilit\xc3\xa9 et les subventions.
• Assurer un suivi personnalis\xc3\xa9 pour accompagner les candidats dans leur d\xc3\xa9marche.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences et qualifications

• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en centre d\'appel ou service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le.
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\'anglais (professionnel)
• Connaissance du programme R\xc3\xa9noclimat et/ou exp\xc3\xa9rience en efficacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9nerg\xc3\xa9tique (un atout).
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 expliquer des concepts techniques clairement.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler de mani\xc3\xa8re autonome et \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer son temps efficacement.

Conditions de travail

• Bureaux \xc3\xa0 Montr\xc3\xa9al, pr\xc3\xa8s du m\xc3\xa9tro Papineau.
• Poste \xc3\xa0 temps plein, en journ\xc3\xa9e, du lundi au vendredi.

Our goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve home energy efficiency. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from homeowners interested in the program.
• Provide information on energy efficiency measures covered by the R\xc3\xa9noclimat program.
• Guide callers through the registration process and explain the required steps.
• Answer questions about eligibility criteria, subsidies, etc.
• Ensure personalized follow-up with registered candidates to support them in their eco-friendly approach.

Skills and qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the R\xc3\xa9noclimat program and/or experience in energy efficiency (an asset).
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Environmental sensitivity and interest in sustainable development issues.

Working conditions

• Offices in Montreal, near Papineau subway station.
• Full-time position, daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
