Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing , with experience using hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation and maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

Operate various types of production equipment, including forklifts, to facilitate the manufacturing process. Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly and maintenance tasks. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Basic troubleshooting skills. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly. Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification is a plus). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse team. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
