Compensation:

Starting at $18.00/hour; higher rates available for candidates with relevant manufacturing or boat-building experience

Position Overview:

As a Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in building our boats from the ground up. This role involves working in various stages of the manufacturing process, including hull lamination, assembly, rigging, and finishing. You'll work with hand and power tools, follow detailed instructions, and collaborate closely with other team members to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction and assembly of fiberglass components Use hand and power tools to cut, sand, grind, and fit parts Apply laminates, install hardware, wiring, and plumbing as needed Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and quality Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support other team members and participate in cross-training as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or boat building is a plus, but not required Comfortable working with power tools and in a hands-on environment Able to read measurements Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Ability to work with a Team as well as Individually Ability to use Time Efficiently to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills Must be reliable and Punctual
