We are a growing company dedicated to creating high-quality, all-natural products such as bath bombs, bath salts, soaps, and more. We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Team Member to join our operations and help bring our handcrafted wellness products to life.

Position Overview:

The Production Team Member plays a key role in the hands-on creation of our natural product line. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Production: Assist in the measuring, mixing, and preparing of ingredients to produce items like bath bombs, soaps, and salts following standard recipes. Product Assembly: Molding, drying, and curing natural products; ensuring items are uniform and meet quality expectations. Labeling & Packaging: Carefully label and package finished goods for retail, wholesale, or market sales, maintaining accurate counts and presentation standards. Inventory Support: Monitor raw material levels and finished product stock; help with restocking supplies and keeping the work area organized. Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment by regularly cleaning surfaces, tools, and production equipment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications:

Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Comfortable working with natural ingredients and fragrances. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location. Experience in a production, kitchen, or craft-based setting is an asset but not required.
