butcher block countertops, wood moldings, and architectural wall paneling

Multiple positions are available, and all candidates will be interviewed to determine the most suitable area of employment based on their skills and experience.

Available Positions:

Sanding Doors and Panels

Assembly of Doors and Dovetail Drawers

Table Saw Operation

CNC Operation

General Labor

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment Reliability and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple departments Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in woodworking or construction

is considered a strong asset, but we're willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn.

Skills & Qualifications by Position (for internal or interview reference):

Sanding (Doors & Panels):

Attention to surface quality and finish Familiarity with hand sanders and drum sanders Ability to inspect for defects or imperfections

Assembly (Doors & Dovetail Drawers):

Basic tool handling (clamps, nailers, glue application) Understanding of joinery and alignment Manual dexterity and precision

Table Saw Operation:

Knowledge of safe saw setup and cutting techniques Ability to read measurements accurately Awareness of material grain and cutting direction

CNC Operation:

Mechanical aptitude and computer literacy Ability to follow digital job instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control

General Labor:

Ability to lift and move materials safely Supportive role in various departments Flexibility to assist where needed
