Speedpro Signs is the industry leader in the West Kootenays. We are seeking a Production Lead and Installer. This position offers a variety of work experiences from print production to sign and vehicle graphics installation. Experience in the sign industry with production knowledge is a definite asset. Job Responsibilities: . Overseeing and tracking all jobs in production \xc2\xb7 Applying cut vinyl and digitally printed adhesive graphics to sign substrates \xc2\xb7 Cutting and preparing sign substrates \xc2\xb7 Running the vinyl cutter, weeding and masking cut vinyl \xc2\xb7 Reading and following work orders to complete sign projects in the production stage \xc2\xb7 Working with the Design and Sales departments to coordinate a smooth production flow \xc2\xb7 Focus on meeting daily sign production goals \xc2\xb7 Being part of a team environment Advanced Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Operating the Roland 640 Digital printer \xc2\xb7 Working with Versaworks software \xc2\xb7 Installing signs on site \xc2\xb7 Carrying out site surveys Required Skillsets \xc2\xb7 Mature with excellent organization and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong work ethic, details oriented, high work standard. \xc2\xb7 Able to follow directives and work independently. \xc2\xb7 A professional presentation when meeting with clients on job sites \xc2\xb7 Training will be provided, however experience in graphic design, typographic design and a knowledge of both Mac and Windows environments would be an asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour Benefits:
