The Wholesale Operations team is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only we manage the production of great products, also build great relationships with partners.

a day in the life

As a Production Lead, you have a desire for on-time delivery. You plan and manage production lead time to ship quality products on-time. You are an integral point of contact for lululemon and embellishment partners to meet internal and external guest needs.

  • Report directly to Wholesale Operations Manager
  • You are key contact of embellishment partners upon production in North America.
  • Maintain close working relationships with embellishment partners and internal team to ensure the finished goods are delivered on time.
  • Support embellishment partners on production capacity planning.
  • Allocate orders to embellishment partners based on their capability and capacity.
  • Build T&A per season and ensure T&A is updated by embellishment partners every week.
  • Track blank Finished Goods in Distribution Centre receipt date which impact embellishment partners\' production plan.
  • Schedule weekly meetings with embellishment partners for production status update.
  • Support embellishment partners to resolve production issues.
  • Collect invoice and packing list from embellishment partners; verify information and upload data to production tracker and share with cross functional partners.
  • Process invoice from embellishment partners in system.
  • You on-boarding and train new embellishment partners.
  • Travel to production facilities in US is necessary
qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience; focused training in Apparel production, Textiles, Supply Chain or related fields
  • 5 - 8+ years apparel industry experience (preferably within the production and quality department)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional partners
  • Strong knowledge of decoration techniques (screen print, heat transfer, and embroidery) on technical fabrics is an asset
  • Experience in Campus/Team business is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Power Point/Outlook) and Smartsheet
  • Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable
  • High attention to detail, proactive, enjoy working with cross-functional partners with problem-solving abilities
  • YOU are: goal-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, and passionate and love to have fun and sweat
  • Ability to travel
