Job Description

Extreme Reach, a leading advertising technology company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our creative team based in Toronto. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the video advertising and post production arenas. This position performs various production service-related tasks that include project and content coordination, order management and distribution along with project budgeting and estimating.
Key Responsibilities:

• Content Organization: Maintain a well-organized local and networked video library and ensure all project files are neatly categorized for easy retrieval by others as necessary. Execution of automation templates for processing assets.
• Understanding production needs and the ability to organize a project that encompassed multiple services and departments.
• Work with Talent Agents, ACTRA and UDA Unions on productions requiring talent and signatory services.
• Develop and maintain positive collaborative internal working relationships with teams throughout the organization.
• Actively keep abreast of Extreme Reach products, services, value proposition, and the competitive landscape

• ADA Essential Functions

• Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience within the Video Advertising and/or Post Production ecosystem
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to multitask in a high volume work environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
• Bilingual in French an asset
• Proficient in Trello or equivalent production schedule tool an asset
• Ability to take initiative while working independently or collaborating with a team
