Product Validation Test Engineer The Product Validation Engineer will join the engineering team working to validate and continuously improve products and provide the best customer experience possible. The Product Validation Engineer will perform testing and validation of the agriculture machinery, and will be contributing to new testing concepts and standards. The candidate will spend equal time between hands-on in the lab and in the field, working both with the equipment and writing test reports. Practically speaking you will: * Take care of hands-on testing of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical systems * Analyze collected data and write concise test reports * Validate agricultural machinery and ensure it meets field performance goals * Perform tests and produce reports using data acquisition systems * Work with the design team to find results and recommend improvements * Create and maintain testing schedule to meet product release dates * Identify new test equipment and processes to improve the validation program * Use AutoCAD to understand what the part looks like for the assembly Additionally, you're a good fit for this role if you are: * Analytical - you process information at a high level. * A strong communicator - you're great with people. The Details: This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM working out of the Salford, ON office. What You'll Bring * 1-2 years' experience in agricultural or off-road mobile test engineering role * Experience with an agricultural background - must be able to relate to day-to-day crop production activities * Hands on experience and mechanically inclined * Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project timelines * Analytical approach to product validation * Proven troubleshooting, organizational and multi-tasking skills * Strong communication skills, written and oral, with attention to detail and accuracy * Engineering Diploma/Degree * AutoCAD experience is considered an asset How To Apply We value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified people to apply.
