Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a natural aptitude for sales to help expand the sale of hardscape and masonry products to a wide variety of industries. Identifying new opportunities and developing new business will be essential for this newly created position. The ideal candidate must demonstrate initiative, be an influencer, and take a "solutions-based" approach to customer needs. The ability to learn the technical side of how concrete products are used by many industries and to understand the manufacturing process will be necessary.

We envision the successful candidate as a sales professional based in the Moncton, NB area with the ability to travel throughout the province (as well as select areas of NS and PEI) to meet with customers and visit project sites. With access to all offices and supports, the individual will be a central figure within the business and will reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute the sales process for concrete products with new and existing customers.
• Developing new relationships with potential customers in new product areas.
• Determine customer and project needs for alignment with internal capabilities.
• Deliver and follow-up on quotes supplied to customers.
• Defining our value proposition for customers.
• Review sale leads with Regional Sales Manager - Regular communication.
• Maintain sales database - Customer Relationship Management.
• Set and achieve sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Identify new markets and approaches to these markets.

Must Have's :

• Post secondary education in sales and marketing (equivalent experience will be given consideration).
• 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry.
• Experience working with architects and engineers on getting products specified.
• Construction industry supply chain experience; sales and logistics.
• Professional and confident demeanor.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills - for both internal and external communications.
• Ability and desire for professional development.
• Willing to support customer calls on evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual (French and English)

An Asset to Have:

• Previous sales experience in the Hardscape and Masonry Industry (HMI).

Location : Moncton, NB

Pay : $60,000 •+ commission • (potential to earn up to $100,000+ annually)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
