Hi,

(1) Full stack Development Team ( 2 Product Analysts and 4 Full-Stack Developers ( one out of 4 must be a Senior Full Stack Developer )

Submitted needed - By February 11th Location : Hybrid Preferred (3 days / week from FCC Regina office)

Remote submissions will be considered

Term : March 17, 2025 March 31, 2026

For the Product Analyst roles:

Major Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.

Create, manage, release stories related to prioritized work (production & ITE)

Evaluate/develop business requirements.

Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.

Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.

Document and execute user story acceptance tests.

Provide user story and solution support to team members.

Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.

Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.

Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release. Required Experience:

3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role

Team lead experience ( 1 analyst with team lead experience would be fine) Required Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business, nance, Marketing, or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.

Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance

Condent communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders

Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.

Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.

Experience working in an agile environment. Nice to have:

Experience with Jira
